1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using FiberFlow Technologies Inc. internet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FiberFlow provides high-speed fiber internet services to residential and business customers in Tablas Island, Romblon, Philippines.

2.1 Service Plans

• Service plans are as described on our website and application materials
• Speeds advertised are maximum speeds and actual speeds may vary
• Plans include unlimited data usage unless otherwise specified

3. Subscriber Obligations

3.1 Payment Terms

• Monthly service fees are due on the billing date
• A one-time installation fee of ₱1,500 applies to new installations
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Reconnection fees may apply after service suspension

3.2 Acceptable Use

• Services must be used for lawful purposes only
• Subscribers shall not use services for illegal activities
• Network abuse, including excessive bandwidth usage that affects other users, is prohibited
• Subscribers must not resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Service Level and Availability

• We strive to provide 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events

5. Equipment

• FiberFlow-provided equipment remains our property
• Subscribers are responsible for the care of equipment installed at their premises
• Lost or damaged equipment must be replaced at subscriber's expense
• Equipment must be returned upon service termination

6. Contract Duration and Termination

6.1 Contract Period

• Standard contracts are month-to-month unless otherwise specified
• Promotional plans may require minimum contract periods

6.2 Termination by Subscriber

• 30 days written notice is required for service termination
• Early termination fees may apply to promotional contracts
• All outstanding balances must be paid before disconnection

6.3 Termination by FiberFlow

We reserve the right to terminate service for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of acceptable use policies
• Fraudulent activity
• Breach of these terms and conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

• FiberFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the previous month
• We are not responsible for content accessed through our services

8. Changes to Terms

FiberFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or account notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romblon, Philippines.
